To be honest with you I had a different expectation in my mind on how this process would unfold but your customer service was superb! It is great to see that this is still important to companies who are in the service industry. So, I started my 30-minute drive from south Lakewood to west Arvada this
morning and shortly into it, my car decided it didn't want to run
properly anymore. Having barely made it to the office, I was a little
unsettled ... I had no idea where to take my car to have it looked at,
let alone repaired. Fortunately, my co-worker - recommended Hank's
right away. I called and talked to Rick who said I bring my car in
immediately.
I did exactly that and Rick called me within the hour to let me know the
problem. He took an excellent approach by recommending we start with
the easiest and most obvious problem first. He was absolutely right --
his great team fixed the problem and for much less than I had expected!
To top it all off, when I went to pick up my car, I discovered Hank's
had cleaned it (I can check my makeup in my wheels, they're so shiny!!)
AND Rick drove it up to the front for me.
I won't use anyone else from now on. Seriously, why would I need to? A
great body shop AND a great mechanic shop? It's Hank's from now on!

When I entered through the doors at Hank's, it was all about customer service and customer satisfaction. In today's business world, Hank's is a diamond among chunks of coal.
I had one other estimate scheduled, but from the time I called and had an estimate 30 minutes after I hung up the phone, to my estimate with Bob Baughman, I was sold. Bob looked at my bumper, which was partially detached, and gave me a clear explanation about what he thought needed repaired. He saw the bumper was in a position that could make the car non-drivable and went into the shop and grabbed a socket wrench. To my surprise he then attached my bumper back to the frame so I could at least drive it around. I was amazed that even though I might not go with Hank's he was willing to do a small thing like that. Then if we get to the repair process, you guys were prompt in getting my car in, and very transparent throughout the whole process. Dan called and gave me my options when it came to extra repairs once the bumper was off that came to light, and though that was an extra expense to me, advised me on ways I could save money depending on if he could use parts off of the old bumper when it came to the fog light covers. Once again when I got off of that call I was super impressed, you don't see auto shops do the small things that really leave an impression on a customer. Finally, when I got my vehicle back it looked immaculate. I was surprised with the detail that was given to the car on the interior, you guys vacuumed my trunk and detailed the whole interior better than I have ever had done. The exterior repairs looked flawless and the car almost looks brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my car repaired and will refer everyone I know who needs repairs over there. Once again thank you all so much, from the people who answer the phones and schedule, the estimators, and the mechanics and body repair guys, your family owned business really does produce a wonderful experience and exemplary finished product.

To Whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter in regards to a car accident that I was in last Friday 22, 2011 I had towed my 2004 White Honda Civic to your location in Littleton Colorado off of Jellison Way. When I had walked into your office there, I didn’t have to wait long at all till I was able to turn my keys into your shop for my car to be repaired. I was first approached by Brandy from in front, She was very polite and very professional and was able to get me checked in very promptly! I felt very welcomed to your shop by the way I was treated and handled when I first got in.
The thing that really impressed me the most about Hanks Auto Body Shop was the fact that my step father Gary was involved in a accident down the street a few weeks ago with his 2002 Honda Accord that you guys are currently still working on as we speak, at the time that it occurred! My Step dad had mentioned that he couldn’t even get his car in for an estimate for at least a week, which he did wait it out. So I was kinda thinking that I would be without my car or couldn’t even get it in until you guys were able to see it! Which was not the case at all. So when I was at Hanks in Littleton on Monday morning the 25th , I had asked Brandy at the front about how long till my car would even be seen she had told me that the car would go into the shop that day to be torn down to see what needed to be repaired. I thought to myself that is awesome! I was VERY happy about that.
Than later on that afternoon, another associate by the name of Anthony had called me on my cell phone, which was very polite and professional to me about what was going on at the time. Had told me that he would be in touch with me here shortly about the updates regarding my car, about an hour or so later he had given me an another call to mentioned that my car was completely torn down and ready to be inspected for the repairs that needed to be fixed. In my opinion, Anthony was on the ball! I was VERY impressed with him for getting back to me so promptly to let me know that my car had been pulled into the shop to be torn down. After discussing this with Anthony, I was at peace about my car! I feel VERY comfortable with the fact that you guys are working on my car as we speak! I kinda feel like I was part of the Hanks Auto Body Family. That is how I feel with you guys! I have never been treated so well by ANY OTHER Auto body shop in Colorado as I was with your Body Shop.
I can rest at night at peace and be confident in your company that you guys will take care of me as well as my car. I am VERY excited to see my car on May 9, 2011 !!! I will hope that whoever reads this email will read it out loud to the shop to let them know how Happy I am and very pleased with your services.. I will without a doubt, recommend ANY family or friend to your shop location for their auto needs. The staff at your shop was extremely courteous and accommodating. As far as I can tell the repairs to my auto are perfect. The car was ready earlier than promised. Upon delivery, a complete description of the work was explained to me. The car was actually a lot cleaner than when I brought it to you.
The terms of the transaction were precisely as agreed upon and the paper work was exact.

I am very happy with the repairs to my Pilot, you took care of every dent and the paint job was perfect. This week I had warranty service done on my PT Cruiser.
